With over 35 years in the engineering and consultancy domain, Mr. Manish Saxena stands as a seasoned industry leader, strategist, and visionary. As the founder and CEO of Meraki Projects (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd., his purpose-led approach has positioned the company as one of the fastest-growing engineering consultancies in India and beyond. Mr. Manish Saxena began his career in 1989 as a site engineer after earning his Master’s in Civil Engineering from SGSITS, Indore. Over the decades, he held leadership roles including Project Manager, GM, and Director of Projects across leading organizations. His professional path reflects resilience, deep domain knowledge, and the rare ability to align on-ground execution with long-term strategy.

Making Significant Strides

In 2017, Mr. Manish Saxena co-founded Meraki Projects with his late wife, Mrs. Madhvi Saxena, with a shared goal of redefining engineering consultancy in India. Guided by integrity, transparency, and client-first thinking, they laid the foundation for a company that would grow beyond borders. Under his leadership, Meraki Projects has completed 400+ projects and continues expanding internationally, with plans to establish its presence in the USA.

Mr. Manish Saxena attributes his strength and success to the vision of his late wife, Mrs. Madhvi Saxena, and the continued support of his children two architect daughters and a son in civil engineering who remain closely connected to Meraki’s journey. His family is both his foundation and his driving force.

Mr. Shubham Saxena represents the evolving face of Meraki Projects. With a Master’s degree in Project Management and Construction Engineering from USA and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from India, he brings a global vision and modern approach to engineering consultancy.
As the Managing Director, he blends technical expertise with innovative thinking, driving the company forward with youthful energy, international insight, and a deep commitment to Meraki’s legacy of excellence.

Mr. Manish Saxena believes that true leadership lies in balancing technical excellence with empathy. At Meraki Projects, he fosters a culture where employee wellbeing, family security, and team collaboration take priority, a principle that proved vital during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he ensured salary continuity and remote flexibility for over 19 months.

Together with his son, Mr. Shubham Saxena, their collective vision and leadership earned Meraki Projects the honor of being named among the “Greatest Brands & Leaders” for two consecutive years (2023–24 and 2024–25).
